We hope that you love your new products. However, in case you are not satisfied, here is a summary of our return/refund policy:
- Customers must send an email to create your return request.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- All items must be BRAND NEW, in their original condition and in re-sellable condition. All manuals and packaging must be in mint condition.
- All returns must be packaged in a manner which they will not break or become damaged during transit.
- All returns are liable to a 20% restocking fee if the items are not returned in their original packaging.
- Shipping fees, customs fees and duty charges are non-refundable. Orders that received free shipping will be charged the greater of $9.99 or 10% of the order amount if the entire order is returned.
- Please return the order with UPS or FedEx and insure the package for the value of the shipment. Please retain tracking information. Please do not ship with the Postal Service.
We do not accept returns on products that are used for an event or one-time situation. We do not accept any returns on holiday merchandise after the holidays.
NOTE: If you purchase more than one item, please make sure you like the item before you open all of them. We do not accept returns on opened bulk items. If you plan to purchase in bulk, please consider buying one to make sure that you are happy with that first item, as we will have to charge you a restocking fee even if you are not completely satisfied with your unused bulk purchase once you’ve received it.
